I run a busy, modern Private Practice in Poughkeepsie, New York, and I need an Associate Dentist who just wants to focus on patients.

You get total clinical autonomy, advanced tech, and a highly trained support staff that keeps your day running smoothly.

We treat a loyal mix of local families, ensuring a steady and rewarding schedule from day one.


Schedule:

We are completely flexible—choose a Full-Time or a tailored Part-Time schedule.
Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so your weekends are entirely your own.


Compensation:

We offer an expected earning potential of $250,000 to $350,000 per year, plus full benefits.


Requirements:

DMD/DDS Degree.
Active or Eligible for a New York Dentist License.
All experience levels are welcome.
If you are an experienced pro, I will stay out of your way.
If you are a new grad, I will provide low-pressure, hands-on mentorship.
