We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join us!

We are an established Private Home Health Company that treats Adult patients in their homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Long Term Care Facilities.

We are looking for Full Time or Part Time Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) candidates.

We are open: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

We are closed on the weekends!

We are paying $250K - $300K per year + Benefits!

Our Requirements are:

Board Eligible or Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics.

Ohio Medical License in good standing.

We prefer previous Home Health experience.

Recent Graduates are welcomed!
