About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable, professional and highly organised Legal Secretary / Legal Administrator to join our clients busy legal practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing essential support to our legal team and ensuring high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Monitor and manage the office email inbox, ensuring prompt and effective responses
  • Schedule appointments and maintain solicitor calendars
  • Welcome clients and visitors with a professional approach
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including typing, filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
  • Manage office supply orders, ensuring stock levels are maintained (e.g. stationery and equipment)
  • Assist legal staff with documentation preparation and file management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional office environment (legal admin/secretarial experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
