Applications Developer (Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or RPA integration)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Baltics or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the finance technology sector, working on exciting projects that deliver AI-powered Autonomous Finance solutions for the Office of the CFO. You'll be part of a product engineering team building enterprise applications that power finance automation for some of the worlds largest brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications that support finance automation processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and data scientists to integrate AI, NLP, and RPA capabilities.
• Build and enhance modules across Order to Cash, Treasury, and Record to Report.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability using best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Continuously improve products based on performance metrics and user feedback.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on application development experience (Java or Python preferred; C# a plus).
• 3+ years of experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular) and core web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• 2+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.
• 2+ years of experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, or RPA integration is a strong plus.
• Flexibility to align with US working hours, with availability from 11:00 AM to 9:00/10:00 PM.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS product development.
• Knowledge of finance or accounting workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
