Senior IT Operations Specialist (Hybrid in Vilnius)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll join a growing IT company that develops and maintains Addendum Solution and other technology products for our clients. As our sole IT Operations Specialist, you'll take full ownership of internal IT systems and infrastructure ensuring smooth operations for employees, tools, and production environments. This role is both strategic and hands-on, giving you direct influence over how we build and maintain our internal and client-facing technical backbone.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Provide daily IT support to employees diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
• Maintain, prepare, and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices) for new and existing employees.
• Manage procurement and lifecycle of IT assets.
• Administer and maintain internal IT tools primarily Google Workspace (G-Suite) and other SaaS platforms.
• Oversee and maintain Addendum Solution (ADS) infrastructure according to client requirements including configuration, access control, and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain and support our product infrastructure, ensuring uptime, performance, and smooth deployments.
• Implement IT security standards, policies, and monitoring processes.
• Document IT procedures, maintain access management, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of internal IT operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Solid understanding of hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and basic networking.
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace (G-Suite) environments.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps tools a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• High sense of ownership and initiative in improving IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3,500 - 4,600 gross/month (Based on an equivalent rate of around 25/hour. The range is flexible depending on your experience.)
