ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Vilnius, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the retail sector, working on exciting projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Analyze and process data for various projects and business needs.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze business and project KPIs.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and cost control processes.
  • Prepare and improve reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Analyze market data and trends and assess their impact on business performance.
  • Contribute to process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

  • WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong MS Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar would be an advantage.

  • WHAT WE OFFER:

    Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3500 - 5000 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
