ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Riga, or anywhere else, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the banking sector, working on exciting projects that revolutionize the way we deliver banking services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other banking systems/tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Perform system configuration, scripting, and UI customization to enhance user experience and optimize platform performance.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications to address user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations, security, and compliance to ensure alignment with banking regulations and security standards.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Experience in ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and third-party tools (LDAP, SSO).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
