IT System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required;
• Designing new computer systems and frameworks;
• Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation;
• Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas;
• Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval;
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience of a similar position;
• Communicability, initiative, creativity;
• Prioritise tasks effectively and achieve delivery deadlines;
• Have excellent communication and problem solving skills;
• Orientation to customer needs and quality;
• English – at least B2.

Good to have: 

• SQL knowledge;
• Ability to understand PL / SQL program code;
• Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM methodology;
• Experience working with Jira;
• Experience in data / financial analysis.
