ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're based in the heart of the Baltics or Poland, you'll join a collaborative team focused on delivering end-to-end business intelligence and reporting solutions across banking operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys owning the full reporting lifecycle from data extraction and transformation to platform enhancement and cross-system integration.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Develop and release reporting solutions, conducting requirements and gap analysis, as well as preparing proofs-of-concept when needed.
• Perform complex ad-hoc data extracts and data transformations to support business needs.
• Enhance the capabilities of the reporting platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Build integrations with banking platforms to streamline data flow and reporting capabilities.
• Analyze incidents and supervise system functionality across all three Baltic countries to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with solution and area architects to implement the product development strategy for the Baltic region.
• Organize and coordinate testing and deployment activities, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the setup and operation of Agile framework teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery of solutions.
• Continuously engage in self-sufficient training to stay up to date with emerging technologies and practices.

Technical stack for the project:

• Reporting platforms: SAS/WPS, TIBCO WebFOCUS BI, MS SQL
• Databases: SAP IQ, Oracle
• Tools: Collibra, Python, GIT/Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end reporting and business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, QlikSense, WebFOCUS, PowerBI, or similar.
• Proficient in developing data-driven solutions with technologies including PL SQL, SAS Base/Macro, MS SQL, Oracle, Python, and others.
• Hands-on experience with complex software solutions and data integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred, but not required.
• Strong desire to learn and apply new technologies in practice.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, as it is essential for working on solutions and collaborating with teams in the Baltics.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
