ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll be working in a hybrid model, based in the cozy city of Vilnius, contributing to the insurance sector as a DevOps Engineer. In this role, you'll help design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure to support mission-critical applications. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design, develop, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure consistent delivery processes.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker/Podman, applying best practices for scalability, availability, and security.
• Set up and manage tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Logstash for real-time system visibility and alerting.
• Support infrastructure deployment and configuration on AWS or Azure (to be confirmed), following cloud best practices for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Build tools and scripts in Python, Bash, or similar to automate repetitive tasks and increase system reliability.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and architecture teams to integrate DevOps practices across the SDLC.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve system and deployment issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles, ideally with cloud experience (AWS or Azure).
• Strong proficiency with GitLab CI/CD.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Logstash, etc.
• Solid knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Understanding of cloud and DevOps security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within agile, cross-functional teams.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for Lithuania only): 4500 - 7000 gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
