ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Project Coordinator you will play a vital role in enhancing our global supplier ecosystem. You will oversee supplier relationships, performance, and compliance across regions, ensuring excellent service for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. A strong customer-service focus is essential, and knowledge of finance, contracts, and currency-exchange concepts is advantageous.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date supplier profiles.
• Monitor contract renewals and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Track and analyze supplier performance using key metrics such as delivery timeliness, quality, cost, and responsiveness.
• Work with global and regional teams to align supplier-management processes, documentation, SLAs, risk assessments, and accounts-payable coordination.
• Assist in evaluating statements of work (SOWs), reviewing terms and conditions, tracking renewals and terminations.
• Maintain accurate records of payment requests, approvals, and compliance with payment terms.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and geographies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or vendor coordination, preferably in a global environment.
• Analytical and data-driven, capable of interpreting supplier performance metrics and presenting actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of supplier/vendor management, including onboarding, performance tracking, contracts, risk, and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with vendor-management or financial systems is a plus.
