People Relations Partner (Onsite, Denver, CO)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a People Relations Partner to support employee relations operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico for a global enterprise client. You will help ensure consistent execution of global HR and People Relations practices, compliance with local labor laws, and effective management of workplace matters in partnership with HR, Legal, and Business Integrity teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Supporting employee relations activities, including investigations, accommodations, corrective actions, and related projects, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
• Contributing to global HR process initiatives focused on implementation, continuous improvement, and enhanced employee experience.
• Acting as an escalation point for sensitive People Relations cases, including workforce actions and terminations.
• Tracking and reporting People Relations metrics, identifying trends, and recommending practical improvements.
• Working closely with Legal, Business Integrity, and HR teams to resolve complex employee matters.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience in Employee Relations, People Relations, or HR Partner / Generalist roles, ideally in international or multi-country environments.
• Good working knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law across the US; experience with Canada and Mexico is a strong plus.
• Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience contributing to HR process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C2+ level required); Portuguese is a plus.
• Based in or near Denver, CO, with availability to start ASAP.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Compensation: up to $40-45 USD per hour, depending on experience and fit.
