IT Talent Acquisition Lead will lead a small team of Talent Acquisition professionals to effectively source and identify diverse candidate slates for roles and provide an exemplary candidate experience that mirrors the Addendum Group brand and way. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned functional areas
  • Partner with senior management and functional business areas to define and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives for Global Functions area that supports recruitment and hiring needs
  • Strategically lead team in creating and developing recruitment initiatives based on business needs
  • Proactively source candidates through internal and external channels; cold-calling, networking, social media, employee referrals, internal movement, and other creative sourcing channels
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioral questions, and etc.)
  • Develop, execute, and maintain recruitment processes in accordance with Global TA practices
  • Manage the candidate experience and all TA accountabilities ensuring a timely interview process and closed feedback loops
  • Champion the adoption and improvement of KPI’s to help inform business decisions
  • Ensure the appropriate governance is followed across all TA systems and processes (ATS, etc.)
  • Keep abreast of new industry technology ensuring best practices are shared among the team for continued growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in the HR field
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • An understanding and knowledge of industry information and competitive landscape of Global Functions areas to be consultative to hiring managers
  • Out-of-the-box recruitment solutions
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English skills
