Your mission at Additio

As the QA Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for test automation to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of test coverage for Additio. This is achieved through designing, developing and maintaining test automation


Your responsibilities at Additio

  • Lead our QA team to design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks, test automation test suites and test harnesses.
  • Mastery of the test automation domain.
  • Reduce technical debt by analyzing test automation codes and enhancing the same by code refactoring.
  • Work closely with our Product and IT leads to implement QA Test Automation strategies, and to work in initiatives that improve processes and/or procedures that contribute to performance effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance in test automation for the projects team you work on to ensure successful delivery of the same.
  • Management of in-house testing tools and associated source code.Champion test automation best practices and processes.


What are we looking for from you?

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in an agile software development environment and experience in test automation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools
    • Experience in back-end (API level) - Integrated API (e.g: code-based) & API testing (e.g: Postman, Axios, Rest Assured)
    • Experience in front-end (UI) test automation - web automation (Selenium) & mobile app automation (Appium) 
  • Experience in one/more of the following is an advantage - Javascript, Angular, React, PHP
  • Experience in GITExperience in cross browser testing & mobile testing tools (i.e: BrowserStack) is a plus
  • Experience in performance testing tools (i.e: JMeter) is a plus
  • Familiar with continuous integration, build & deployment practices and tools
  • You love learning and mastering technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High organizational skills, enthusiasm and curiosity.
  • You feel comfortable communicating in English within an international and multicultural team.
