Project Manager

Your mission at Additio 

We are looking for a product-focused Project Manager, who wants to participate in our mission to become the number one school management platform in Europe. We are looking for a committed, motivated and enthusiastic team member.

If you enjoy working on IT projects and digitalization and you want to lead, coordinate and facilitate the work of our technical team in their daily activities you'll feel right at home with us. 

Your responsibilities at Additio 

• Plan and steer the implementation of projects at Additio.
• Coach and help the IT team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Work with the product team to define and prioritize new features and also manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate work sprints and help the team to accomplish them.Analyze the performance and quality of the projects.
• Guiding colleagues in their daily work and helping them to improve.
• Deep into product usage analytics and work with the Product Manager defining improvements and new functionalities.
• Define, negotiate and manage different projects with external partners.

What are we looking for from you? 

• 2 or 3 years of experience in digital project management.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, ...) and mastery of the main management tools.
• Ability to identify requirements and streamline project prioritization.
• Good communication skills.
• Dynamism and proactivity in problem solving with ability to learn, adapt and creative mindset.
• Passion for contributing to the impact of our company.High organizational skills, enthusiasm and curiosity.
• High level of English
