Your mission at Additio 

We are looking for a DevOps lead who wants to participate in our mission to become the number one school platform in Europe. We are looking for a committed, highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to enhance development pipelines and infrastructure design, as well as ensure new features development reaches the end user.

You will also be a key member in all technical decisions, working closely with the engineering and product team. Your responsibilities at Additio 

  • Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS.
  • Provision, configure and maintain cloud infrastructure defined as a code.
  • Maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, monitoring tools, and the current delivery pipeline.Implement automations to achieve CI / CD.
  • Understand product needs and work with IT and product management to develop new functionality.
  • Improve our development environments to facilitate the work of our team.
  • What are we looking for from you? 2 or more years of experience in DevOps engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, system administration or cloud infrastructure engineering for web-based products.
  • High level of linux based systems and relational databases (noSQL is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with software release management and deployment pipelines (Git, CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and basic automation tools like Ansible.
  • Knowledge of one monitoring tool (New Relic, Elastic, Kibana, ).
  • Open-minded about technologies and development.
  • You have an excellent ability to communicate your ideas, regardless of the audience.
  • You love learning and mastering technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High organizational skills, enthusiasm and curiosity.
  • You feel comfortable communicating in English within an international and multicultural team.


What are we looking for from you?
