Appointment Setter (With Australian Market Experience)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Appointment Setter with experience engaging Australian clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cold calling, lead follow-up, and coordinating meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with warm and cold leads from Australia

  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments

  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and CRM tools

  • Handle objections and reschedule meetings when needed

  • Collaborate with the team to meet weekly targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or telemarketer, preferably with Australian clients

  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral or AU-friendly accent

  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills

  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused

  • Familiar with using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)

  • Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
