We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer proficient in reading Spanish to join our dynamic team. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in our projects, collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to bring designs to life. Your ability to read Spanish drawings and communicate effectively in Spanish will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Interpret architectural drawings and documents in Spanish.
• Produce design concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing bilingual support as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read Spanish drawings and converse fluently in Spanish.
• Strong design and drafting skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
• Prior experience in architectural design preferred.

This is a Worf from home set-up, Monday to Friday.
