Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Engineer

Reports to: Production Manager

Responsibilities and duties:

• Plan activities in accordance with the priority of work set by the Line Manager.

• Make sure that all materials needed for production are available.

• Organize and maintain proper document control system for easy monitoring and tracking.

• Monitor the quality of the production at the workshop.

• Adopt a hands-on approach to all workshop activity, providing technical advice and training.

• Monitor and supervise workers at the workshop.

• Make sure that all areas in the workshop are kept tidy and neat.

• Coordinate with the concern in terms of Logistics, loading and off-loading.

• Report all activities to the Direct Line Manager

• Ensure a safe working environment.

Accountabilities:

• To ensure smooth activities and production in the Workshop.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• Experience in mechanical industry.

Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years with supervisory experience
