Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Screen candidates through Job platforms and schedule interviews with Hiring

Managers

  • Assist with posting job openings and maintaining the applicant tracking

system

  • Prepare interview materials and track candidate progress from Interview

assessment form (IAF).

Administrative Duties

  • Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate communication.
  • Organize and maintain recruitment documents and onboarding files.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate basic recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Help ensure candidate files and processes meet compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience; HR or recruitment experience is an

asset.

  • Fresher UAE Nationals.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
