Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Screen candidates through Job platforms and schedule interviews with Hiring
Managers
- Assist with posting job openings and maintaining the applicant tracking
system
- Prepare interview materials and track candidate progress from Interview
assessment form (IAF).
Administrative Duties
- Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate communication.
- Organize and maintain recruitment documents and onboarding files.
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate basic recruitment reports and metrics.
- Help ensure candidate files and processes meet compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience; HR or recruitment experience is an
asset.
- Fresher UAE Nationals.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
