Your Role:

• Innovation Leader: Take charge of designing cutting-edge medical devices and digital services, merging physical and digital design to elevate patient care.

• Broad Conceptual Thinking & Detailed Features: Seamlessly transition from broad conceptual thinking to detailed features, ensuring the transformation of wide-ranging ideas into practical, user-focused solutions at a production level. Engage in hands-on, pixel-perfect design, translating concepts into finely crafted products.

• Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with product and executive teams, providing practical insight and contributing to high-level strategic decisions that align with the product's production-level requirements.

• UI/UX Expert: Lead UI/UX design from initial concepts to polished final products, ensuring resonant user experiences.

• Strategic Visionary: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business and user needs, creating impactful, user-centric designs.

• Collaborative Force: Drive product vision and strategy alongside engineers, researchers, business strategists, and client partners.

• End-to-End Design Ownership: As a product owner, take on a comprehensive role overseeing the entire design process across multiple features and projects. Dive into minute details to understand how patients and other actors interact with our product ecosystem, ensuring a nuanced and user-centric approach throughout the design journey.

• Trend and Tech Integration: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, weaving them into our design and product strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Pixel-Perfect Design: Design pixel-perfect screens and prototypes, translating concepts into finely crafted products.

• Solution Generation and Design: Proactively ideate and visualize solutions, leading workshops, and ideation sessions.

• Storytelling and Influence: Communicate design work with clarity, brevity, and strong visual design, influencing cross-functional partners effectively.

• Ecosystem Architect: Craft products within a holistic ecosystem, balancing hardware, software, and service design intricacies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships and integrate product thinking throughout the company, advocating for user-centric design.

• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and share knowledge with team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth.

• Project Management and Efficiency: Scope, plan, and progress projects to successful completion, balancing multiple work streams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Design or related field.

• Experience designing digital and physical, preferably in medical devices or digital health.

• Proven experience in team leadership, ideation, and workshop facilitation.

• Proficiency in digital design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

• Experience managing diverse stakeholders, subcontractors and project teams.

• Remote Flexibility: Fully remote position, enabling you to work from anywhere.

• Pacific Time Office Hours: Though remote, we maintain Pacific Time office hours, ensuring alignment with our client team.
