Working Days & Hours:

• Monday Friday

• 8:30 am 5:30 pm

• Dress Code: Formal (MonThu), Semi-Casual (Fri)

  Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face rounds with management team

Role Overview:
Coordinate and handle all import shipments arriving by sea, ensuring smooth and timely cargo clearance, communication with stakeholders, and completion of documentation and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer bookings and coordinate air export shipments with airlines and agents.

• Coordinate with overseas agents for ETD, ETA, and shipment updates.

• Communicate with consignees in Thailand for cargo readiness and updates.

• Work with shipping lines to enter B/L details, follow up on vessel arrivals, and incoming invoices.

• Prepare and manage documents required for collecting D/O.

• Coordinate with customs clearance team for cargo release.

• Process internal payments related to import shipments.

• Issue invoices / billing documents and follow up on payments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Good knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), import documentation, and Thai Customs procedures.

• Strong communication and coordination skills in Thai and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight management systems is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple shipments under pressure.
