  • Role Overview
  • Coordinate and handle all import shipments arriving by sea, ensuring smooth cargo clearance, communication with stakeholders, and completion of documentation and internal processes.
    
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer bookings and coordinate import/export shipments.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents for ETD, ETA, and shipment updates.
  • Communicate with consignees in Thailand for cargo readiness.
  • Enter B/L details and follow up on vessel arrivals and invoices.
  • Prepare and manage documents for collecting D/O.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance team and inform consignees.
  • Process internal payments related to imports.
  • Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments.
  • Perform other operational coordination duties as per management requirements.

  • Certain weekends may require standby to ensure smooth operations
    
  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and Thai Customs procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills (Thai & English).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); freight management system experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple shipments under pressure.
