Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face with Management Team

- Role Overview
- Coordinate and handle all import shipments arriving by sea, ensuring smooth cargo clearance, communication with stakeholders, and completion of documentation and internal processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings and coordinate import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with overseas agents for ETD, ETA, and shipment updates.
- Communicate with consignees in Thailand for cargo readiness.
- Enter B/L details and follow up on vessel arrivals and invoices.
- Prepare and manage documents for collecting D/O.
- Coordinate with customs clearance team and inform consignees.
- Process internal payments related to imports.
- Issue invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Perform other operational coordination duties as per management requirements.

- Weekend / On-Call Duties
- Certain weekends may require standby to ensure smooth operations
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import documentation, and Thai Customs procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (Thai & English).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); freight management system experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple shipments under pressure.
