About the job Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Service
Open for Thai Nationals only
Reporting to - General Manager
Job Description -
- Knowledge of placing bookings with Shipping lines Online/ Inttra/ Manual ( if required)
- Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for shipment status , bookings , cut off & container gate in status.
- Following up with shipper for SI drafts
- Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Import/ Exports consignments handled by Team
- Should have knowledge of handling Cross country/ Third country shipments
- Knowledge of what is Switch Bl & how it is handled
- Knowledge of handling Nomination shipments
- Basic knowledge of sending rate quotation & checking online rates ( will be addon)
- Job Creation in System
Qualification - Bachelor Degree in any field
Experience - At least 2-3 years experience in shipping, customer service, on freight forwarder business or shipping.

- Good Command of English for Documentation and Email only

- Have Service Mindset and able to work under pressure
- Good attitude, positive, interpersonal skill
