About the job Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Service

Reporting to - General Manager

Job Description - 

  • Knowledge of placing bookings with Shipping lines Online/ Inttra/ Manual ( if required)
  • Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for shipment status , bookings , cut off & container gate in status.
  • Following up with shipper for SI drafts
  • Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Import/ Exports consignments handled by Team
  • Should have knowledge of handling Cross country/ Third country shipments
  • Knowledge of what is Switch Bl & how it is handled
  • Knowledge of handling Nomination shipments
  • Basic knowledge of sending rate quotation & checking online rates ( will be addon)
  • Job Creation in System

Qualification - Bachelor Degree in any field

Experience - At least 2-3 years experience in shipping, customer service, on freight forwarder business or shipping.
