What You'll Do:
- Update and report on agreed project schedule weekly and report on any site concerns immediately to Senior Project Manager
- Manage contractors who are responsible for the delivery of assigned projects including providing technical specifications & approved materials for the projects
- Interface with technical external consultants, contractors & Mall managements related to the project in collaboration with the Project manager
- Manage the progress of project fit-out activity to maintain critical paths and to report any concerns which will affect the critical path.
- Work closely with external vendors for delivery of site related items and to track regularly delivery of items to site (Eg- Signage, TV/ LED Screens, etc.)
- Travel regularly to sites and prepare reports, simultaneously always checking quality and material specification with agreed samples and brands
- Ensure all as built design and drawings are issued to head office for filing & document purpose.
What we look for:
- Thai National with Fluent English speaking
- Preferably educated in a Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Interior design background
- Certifications in Project management (PMI), Process management will be advantageous
- 3- 5 years of experience in retail industry within Thailand and worked in all Major malls/Architecture/Interior Designer companies (either client side or contractor side)
- Should have strong project management skills
- He/ She needs to negotiate with contractors, vendors malls, etc. to setting up the new stores.
