Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics or related field.

- Experience at least 8-10 years in Freight Forwarder, Warehouse & Operations Logistics or related logistics field.

- Experience with warehouse management software and databases

- Good command computer skill and knowledge Microsoft Office tools.

- Good command English, both speaking and writing.

- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skill.

- Good attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.

- Good corrective & preventive action plan for team to achieve a Goal.

- Able to work as a team, have enthusiasm and high responsibility.

- Leadership skills and ability manage staff

- Strong decision making and problem solving skills

- Service mind and can work under pressure

- Able to work with individual at all levels, Initiative and Team working

Job Description

- Plan, follow-up and control day to day warehouse operation and solve the problem of overall operations that may arise

- To ensure all transactions within the warehouse are executed in timely and efficient according to the target

- To coordinate and resolve the problems concerning shipping plan, transaction and warehouse operation

- To manage customer complaints and claims and find the corrective/preventive action to solve all issues to be occurred

- To organize and manage appropriate manpower according to production plan and shipping volume

- To ensure operation staffs comply with company rules, regulations and safety requirements

- Investigation and resolve any arising problem or complaint/claim and issue the investigation report.

- Monitor subcontractors and vendors to keep quality service and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

- Monitor warehouse utilization, make analysis report to update and suggest solutions to customer in a timely manner

- Safety & 5S and ISO, set up KPI and make the analysis report

- Set up and updated WI to follow-up all employees performance and maintain workflows

- To ensure all equipment in the warehouse in good working condition

- To evaluate performance of all subordinates and suppliers to maintain service quality of company

- Able to operate all systems such as WMS, Serial Number System, AS400 and DRAIN (CLP)

- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employees performance to Manager

- Budget and cost control by comparing price

- Prepare Monthly report and present various reports accurately and on time

- Report all activities related work, assist and perform jobs as assignment by Manager.
