Sub-ordinates: 50 staffs (4 Managers - 1 QA, 1QC, 1SQA, 1 Quality New Model)
Job description :
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement the quality division's strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. - Quality Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day quality activities, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources to meet quality targets. - Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and quality processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Champion innovation and technology adoption to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Encourage and support the implementation of new manufacturing techniques, automation, and digitization. - Team Leadership and Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing quality team, providing clear direction, coaching, performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the quality and all divisions.
- Qualification : -
- Experience 8-10 years in quality management within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of quality systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of quality standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and regulatory requirements specific to the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits and managing relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance quality objectives with operational and financial considerations.
