Position: Freight Forwarding Sales Executive: 1HC and budget is 50,000 THB (Can be up to 60k if they have good track record and candidates with client portfolios already)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with at least 3 years of direct experience in the freight forwarding industry. This role is responsible for finding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of services and address client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 25 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics Management or Related Field.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the freight forwarding industry for Air Cargo and Ocean Cargo.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and portfiolio management.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding operations.
- Can do job independent, business travel in Thailand.
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the freight forwarding industry for Air Cargo and Ocean Cargo. including 3 years in team management and development.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and portfolio management.
