About the job Regional Sales Manager for Indonesia & Malaysia, Singapore & Brune
The RSM will be responsible to oversee the New Business Development & Sales for Client in SEA region which includes Indonesia & Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei.
Responsibilities:
End to end responsibility for preparing and execution of business plan for the region
Ownership for top line and bottom line
Grow business in HoReCa, QSR channels on proactive basis and retail on case-to-case basis.
Expand distribution base in the region.
Along with FAFPLs brand also develop private label business
Prepare and execute activation and promotion plan for the region
Build rapport and develop business with international and local QSRs
Launch new products in the market
Adhere to the companys commercial policies and ensure proper implementation of the same
Closely work with NPD team for developing new products as per market requirement
Keep a close eye on competition and develop & execute strategy to outpace the competition
Finalize Joint Business Plan with key customers, and work to achieve these plans (Turnover, Volume, and Margin)
Work closely with clients - in meetings and in daily correspondence, understand needs and provide solutions proactively in collaboration with the team at HO
Ensure highest standard of all deliverables in coordination with reporting manager and the local distributor/customer
Coordinate with team in HO and ensure timely addressal of customer requirements.
COMPETENCIES:
A passionate food enthusiast with relevant sales experience
Strong knowledge of the market
Experienced in the HoReCa and QSR segments with a well-established network of HoReCa distributors
Extensive travel experience within the region
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
