Job Purpose:

The role is to lead and drive strategic vision for a successful growth of the Distribution for Premium Consumer Product businesses in a high potential consumer market. As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the company, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and human resources, with a primary focus on expanding market share and enhancing Customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan in alignment with the vision and objectives set by the BoD
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks, and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization

Financial Management:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and sustainability growth
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, and take proactive measure to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage capital allocation, investment decisions, and financial risk management strategies

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead efforts to enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market positioning

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain effective operational processes and systems to ensure seamless and efficient distribution operations
  • Implement best practices in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization to minimize costs and maximize productivity
  • Monitor performance metrics related to service quality, delivery timeliness, and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Leadership and Talent Management:

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and employee engagement
  • Provide inspirational leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the management team and employees

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
