About the job Marketing Product Engineer
Job description:
-Training empowerment: Introduce products and SMB solution to the customer and salesman, including but not limited to product highlights, application scenarios, and operation demonstrations.
-Pre-sales Technical Support: Understand customer's needs, answer customer products and SMB solution questions, as well as cooperate with salesman to accelerate customers to create order.
-Competitor and market information collecting: Communicate with customer directly, via online channels or other ways. Cooperate with salesman for visiting customer to obtain, sort up, and analyze market and competitors information, industry information, and customer requirements.
-New products test and Localization of promotional materials: According to the companys test processing, finish new product test report on time, including but not limited to picture, words and presentation video through Marketing team.
-Channel product structure and customer analysis: Cooperate with Product Manager to analyze key customers product structure and business information of customers at different levels. Undertake the headquarters product strategy and make the channel product structure reasonable.
-Go-to-market product strategy: Establish promotion policy and launch campaign in order to open market and improve market sales.
-Other responsibilities: Complete other tasks assigned by leader.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or above of IT, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering (electronic/electrical).
-2-5 years of work experience in product engineer.
-Motivation to succeed and having high energy level and excellent customer service skills.
-Self-Confidence and outgoing personality.
-Verbal communication prowess.
-Good communication in written and spoken English (Chinese communication is an advantage).
-Familiarity with security industry, switch, access control, video intercom, and monitoring preferred.

English Interview Process: 3 rounds (with 1. Manager, 2. Director (Chinese) and 3. MD (Chinese))

Contract condition:
The initial contract for new employees is one year.
