About the job Head of HR & Admin

Job Purpose - Experienced and proactive HR Lead for an exciting greenfield project. The role holder play a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the project team, government authorities, local communities, and other stakeholders. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, regulatory knowledge, and a deep commitment to the project's success.

Functional knowledge and skills - 

  • Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations
  • Strong understanding of local regulations, government processes, and permitting procedures

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of local community dynamics.
  • Stakeholder management

Other points - 

  • Monday to Friday work (+ 2 Saturdays a month)
  • Might have travel

Must haves for the role - 

  • Total Work Experience: 12-15 years managing end-to-end HR, as HR Head in similar role
  • Top Industries to look at: chemical industry, continuous operations.
  • Key responsibilities candidate should have handled: Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations
  • Green field Exposure : Can be an added advantage
  • Fluency in both English and local language.
