About the job Head of HR & Admin
Job Purpose - Experienced and proactive HR Lead for an exciting greenfield project. The role holder play a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the project team, government authorities, local communities, and other stakeholders. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, regulatory knowledge, and a deep commitment to the project's success.

Functional knowledge and skills -
- Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations
- Strong understanding of local regulations, government processes, and permitting procedures
Behavioral skills -
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of local community dynamics.
- Stakeholder management
Other points -
- Monday to Friday work (+ 2 Saturdays a month)
- Might have travel
Must haves for the role -
- Total Work Experience: 12-15 years managing end-to-end HR, as HR Head in similar role
- Top Industries to look at: chemical industry, continuous operations.
- Key responsibilities candidate should have handled: Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations
- Green field Exposure : Can be an added advantage
- Fluency in both English and local language.
