To manage the sales team and develop sales strategies that continuously increase revenue and expand the company's customer base, as well as enhance the sales team's capabilities to achieve the set targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Planning:
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve goals.
- Evaluate and continuously improve team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Address customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee departmental budgets to align with plans.
- Adjust strategies to optimize resources and effectiveness.
- Monitor and measure sales performance.
- Analyze results to refine strategies for better outcomes.
- Undertake tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30+
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales or marketing management.
- Skills: Communication, presentation, problem-solving, leadership, and understanding of the relevant market/industry.
- Language: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Target Achievement: Monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals (e.g., a 10% sales increase from the previous year).
- Customer Base Expansion Rate: Number of new customers acquired monthly/quarterly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Measured via CSAT or NPS scores.
- Team Performance Efficiency: Percentage of team members meeting personal targets.
- Budget Management: Actual expenses versus planned budget.
- Employee Turnover Rate: Retention of sales team members.
