Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Customer Service Executive or Assistant Manager to manage Air Export and Import operations. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients, carriers, customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely execution of international air shipments. The role is based at Suvarnabhumi Airport and is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of freight documentation, customer coordination, and a solid logistics background.
Key Responsibilities:
Air Export Operations

Handle customer bookings and coordinate air export shipments with carriers and agents.

Prepare and review all required export documentation including AWB, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.

Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely pickup and cargo delivery to the airport.

Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.

Manage exceptions, delays, and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Air Import Operations

Coordinate with overseas agents and airlines to track incoming shipments.

Review and process import documentation including Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, and customs clearance documents.

Liaise with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance.

Inform customers of shipment arrivals and arrange last-mile delivery in coordination with internal logistics teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
-
810 years of hands-on experience in Air Export and Import Customer Service within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Strong background in shipment coordination, document preparation, and issue resolution.

Familiarity with IATA regulations, customs clearance processes, and airline cargo handling.
Education:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (spoken and written).

Proficiency in MS Office, and experience using logistics platforms like CargoWise, SAP, or other TMS systems.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
