Business Development Manager

商务拓展经理（待遇：50000-80000泰铢/月）

岗位职责：

1、基于公司整体战略，与泰国政府部门、电信运营商等开展业务合作，负责政府及电信运营商等客户的业务拓展及外部合作；

2、整合公司资源，挖掘政府部门及电信运营商的项目合作机会，负责商务谈判与业务实施等具体事项；

3、负责跟踪和分析政府部门及电信运营商的合作信息与政策变化，并能及时调整优化合作策略；

4、独立完成商务谈判，并维护商务合作关系，对整体商务合作的过程和结果负责；

5、协调内外部资源，推动业务项目的落地和执行，提升团队协同效率。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历；

• 5年以上泰国政府部门（MDES\NBTC）或电信运营商商务合作经验，成功运作过大型运营商合作项目优先考虑；

3、熟悉泰国政府部门架构或电信运营商业务架构，有较好的政府或运营商行业资源或背景，具备较强的市场敏感度和洞察力；

4、能够独立完成制定项目商务合作方案，有较强的计划性、协调能力和谈判能力；

5、具备良好的团队协作、组织协调能力及较强的分析问题、解决问题能力；

6、性格开朗，有强烈的工作热情，愿意接受挑战。

7、中文可作为工作语言。

备注：优先考虑有政府合作项目经验或者泰国电信运营商工作经验的人员。

Job Descriptions:

1. Based on the company's overall strategy, conduct business cooperation with Thai government departments, telecom operators, etc., and be responsible for business development and external cooperation with customers such as government and telecom operators;

2. Integrate company resources, explore project cooperation opportunities with government departments and telecom operators, and be responsible for specific matters such as business negotiations and business implementation;

3. Be responsible for tracking and analyzing cooperation information and policy changes of government departments and telecom operators, and be able to adjust and optimize cooperation strategies in a timely manner;

4. Complete business negotiations independently, maintain business cooperation relationships, be responsible for the overall business cooperation process and results, and plan cooperation project plans and schedule implementation;

5. Coordinate internal and external resources, promote the implementation and execution of business projects, and improve team collaboration efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 5 years of business cooperation experience in Thai government departments (MDES\NBTC) or telecom operators, and those who have successfully operated large-scale operator cooperation projects will be given priority;

3. Familiar with the Thai government department structure or telecom operator business structure, have good government or operator industry resources or background, and have strong market sensitivity and insight;

4. Able to independently complete the formulation of project business cooperation plans, with strong planning, coordination and negotiation skills;

5. Have good teamwork, organizational and coordination skills and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;

6. Cheerful personality, strong enthusiasm for work, and willing to accept challenges.

7. Chinese can be used as the working language.
