Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on Fresh Fruit, Reefer, and Cross-Border Products.
- Manage sales and logistics services for cross-border shipments, including temperature-controlled and perishable goods.
- Coordinate and plan transportation with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Develop customer-specific logistics solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize an existing customer portfolio to generate gross profit (GP) from the first month of employment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts or agreements with clients, ensuring efficient billing and collections processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, GP targets, and revenue generation, providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality, aged 30-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, including Fresh Fruit, Reefer, and Cross-Border Logistics.
- Must have an existing customer portfolio and be capable of generating gross profit from the first month.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border transportation, international trade regulations, and logistics documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CLMV markets (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) is a plus.
Package Details
Salary: 50,000-100,000 + Commission 35% from GP (If current salary overbudget can discuss)

- Annual leaves 6 days after probation and 12 days after 1 year period,
- Business leaves 3 days/year
- Sick leave (20 days/year)
