Key Responsibilities:

Department Management

Oversee the daily operations of the HR & Administration function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Recruitment & HR Operations

Manage recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation, and benefits.

Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.

Employee Relations & Engagement
-
Maintain effective employee communication channels, manage labor relations, and resolve conflicts.

Build and sustain a positive workplace environment to improve employee satisfaction.

Administrative Oversight

Handle general administrative management, office operations, and compliance with company regulations.

Leadership Support

Report directly to the company owner and Complete other tasks assigned by the Boss.

Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree or higher (full-time); ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a medium-sized enterprise, with proven capability to independently lead HR & Admin work

Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations; high level of professional ethics

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
-
Resilient under pressure and capable of handling complex employee issues
