Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to spearhead the Business Development function at Our client. This role is central to driving our expansion into new and existing markets, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong manufacturer partnerships to strengthen our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new key markets for entry, including regulatory and competitive landscape assessment.

Product Strategy: Identify and recommend key pharmaceutical products for both new and existing markets, ensuring alignment with therapeutic focus areas and market demand.

Sourcing & Partnerships: Develop a robust backend for sourcing, including identification and evaluation of reliable manufacturers and long-term supply partners.

Portfolio Growth: Support expansion of product offerings in existing markets through competitive intelligence and trend analysis.

Industry Insight: Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities and risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CEO and COO to translate strategy into actionable business development plans.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic categories, and industry trends.

Proven track record in business development, product sourcing, or market entry within the pharmaceutical sector.

Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with manufacturers and partners.
