Localization Translation Business Development Manager

Role: Business Development Manager (Localization/Translation/Digital Marketing)

Location: Delhi

Nature of Duties:

• Responsible for developing businesses in selling Localization services, IT, and Digital Marketing.

• Dive deep into understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.

• Create, train and lead a team of business development executives.

• Responsible for Team target and will share the strategies/target plan to reporting Manager.

• Foster Strong Client Relationships

• Working out of the box to meet additional benchmarks to let the company experience good revenues in an ongoing period & in the coming times to.

• Well-familiar with LinkedIns Sales Navigator, CRM tools like HubSpot, and other sources including Social Media networks, etc.

• The ability to work with founders/senior management to understand more methods of doing best business practices

• A person who can approach willing to work with his/her team to source new methods of pitching clients.

• Must be curious to grow a startup to the next level.

Requirements:

• Should have 3-5 years of work experience.

• Looking for a sales mindset of generating consistent wins that grow over time.

• Excellent verbal & written English.

• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

• Working in the Localization industry will be an added advantage.

• Good stability and professional track record

Salary/Benefits:

INR 35-50K Per Month (Can be negotiable too as per skilled & potentialities of the candidates
