Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing

 Job Description:

Our client is a leading retailer in the established luxury time pieces industry. They have presence of 50 boutiques in twelve key cities in the Asia Pacific region.

They are seeking for a highly motivated individual to lead, coach and support the Engagement Marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing communications strategies. 


  • Generation and execution of new marketing initiatives across multiple channels and platforms for retail and exclusive brands, to meet marketing and commercial objectives
  • Close collaboration with Brand partners and various external partners to plan and execution of Client Engagement, Public relations and Visual Merchandising
  • Administrative and finance support and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Develop comprehensive mid to long range branding objectives and strategies aligned with the company's vision of enriching lives by advancing watch culture
  • Management of day-to-day operations of the Engagement Marketing team
  • Establish key performance targets and provide regular assessment for all subordinate team members
  • Develop with the EM team, annual engagement marketing budgets
  • Define, propose and implement omnichannel media plans (offline and online)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to conceptualise, plan and execute client engagement programmes involving events and personalized experiences
  • Engage with editors and journalists to achieve our PR objectives
  • Support retail operations team on execution of clienteling initiative
  • Lead and manage marketing expenses and budget for exclusive brands and key retail brands
  • Keen understanding of clients to develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Interface with retail and exclusive brand partners to develop EM initiatives


  • Min 5 to 7 years of Marketing/ Events Management experience in a retail brand, preferably from the luxury industry
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing discipline
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Advanced PowerPoint Presentation Skills, Intermediate Excel skills
  • Savvy with CRM and Business Intelligence systems
  • Independent, creative thinker and solutions provider, thrives in a demanding fast paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt swiftly to changing goals and objectives
  • Disciplined, highly analytical and results-oriented, have business acumen and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience leading a large team in conceiving and launching new marketing initiatives across multiple channels and platforms
