Application Executive

 Job Description:

Our client is a leading retailer in the established luxury time pieces industry. They have presence of 50 boutiques in twelve key cities in the Asia Pacific region.

This role is part of the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team that is critical to our client's organizational transformation towards technological and digital leadership within the specialty watch retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for the CRM/ERP application, including configuration, customization, and user management
  • Manage level 1/2 incident reports, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs
  • Work closely with vendors to escalate and resolve incidents, coordinate maintenance, and manage upgrades
  • Assist in the development of training materials and provide training to end-users as required
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the performance and functionality of the CRM/ERP application
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM/ERP application integrates effectively with other systems
  • Monitor system performance and identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, workflows, and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting CRM/ERP applications
  • Strong understanding of CRM/ERP application functionality, including configuration, customization, and user management
  • Experience managing level 1/2 incident reports, including triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with vendors to escalate and resolve incidents, coordinate maintenance, and manage upgrades
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Infor M3, SugarCRM, SalesForce is a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, collaborative and strong team player
