Job Description:
MISSION
- Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring controlling, and closing out projects on site.
- Accountable for the entire project scope, project team and resources, project budget, and the success of the project.
- Regularly reviewing Schedules, budget, labor, risk, etc.
- Review the work progress on daily basis.
- Review project in details to schedule deliverables and costs.
- Coordination between all stockholders.
- Ensure quality construction standard and the proper construction techniques.
- Review For endorsement to the submitted invoices / payments.
- Review Claims with Contractors.

- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
- From 10 - 15 years of construction site management experience.
- BSc in Civil Engineer.
- Very good Spoken and Written English.
- Experience in Hospitality Sector Hotels and resorts Is A MUST.
- PMP is a MUST.
- Hands-on experience with using MS Excel, Auto CAD, Autodesk Revit, and Primavera.
