Site Construction Manager


Job Description:

MISSION

  • Lead role in planning, executing, monitoring controlling, and closing out projects on site.
  • Accountable for the entire project scope, project team and resources, project budget, and the success of the project.
  • Regularly reviewing Schedules, budget, labor, risk, etc.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Review project in details to schedule deliverables and costs.
  • Coordination between all stockholders.
  • Ensure quality construction standard and the proper construction techniques.
  • Review For endorsement to the submitted invoices / payments.
  • Review Claims with Contractors.

PERSONALITY & SKILLS

  • Strong leadership.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

  • From 10 - 15 years of construction site management experience.
  • BSc in Civil Engineer.
  • Very good Spoken and Written English.
  • Experience in Hospitality Sector Hotels and resorts Is A MUST.
  • PMP is a MUST.
  • Hands-on experience with using MS Excel, Auto CAD, Autodesk Revit, and Primavera.
