Job Description:
MISSION
- Support the CEO in the development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
- Lead the restructuring of the finance department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and execute a development and succession plan for the finance team to ensure leadership continuity and professional growth.
- Provide accurate financial reports directly to the CEO.
- Oversee budgeting processes and manage large-scale financial plans.
- Collaborate with consultants on the 5 - year strategic investment plan.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Deliver high-quality presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex financial information.
- Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors to fulfil their requirements in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with tax filing requirements in coordination with the tax consultants.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality investment Sector, Audit Frame or Operation hotels.
- BSc Degree in Finance or Business Administrations.
- Very Good spoken and Written English.
- Professionally qualified Accountant CPA or equivalent.
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Hands-on experience using SAP Or other accounting programs.
