Job Description:
MISSION
- Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, supplier register, current account authentication.
- Review the current account with hotels.
- Documentation of all company contracts and keeping them in an organized archive, as well as land ownership deeds.
- Work on managing and updating project accounts on a regular basis.
- Review and follow up on insurance policies and evaluate assets.
- Review the extracts financially detailed after the technical approval of the Engineering Department.
- Review the prices and quality of raw materials and items registered in the extracts.
- Follow up the supplier register for the company's projects.
- Renewal of letters of guarantee for contractors.
- Ensure the insurance policies of contractors.
- Attending the various committees for the procedures (selling priests - awarding the contractor for the renovation of hotels etc.
- Review quarterly and annual financial positions.
- Previous experience in dealing with types of taxes, tax examination and working on the Online Services tax system.

- BSc Degree in Finance Accounting Division.
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality investment Sector, Audit Frame.
- Proficiency in the skills of Office programs and accounting programs.
- Very Good spoken and Written English.
- preferably Certified Management Accountant (CMA)Or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
