About the position:
Responsibilities:
X is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help discover, understand, re-engineer, and document as- is and to-be processes. You will work with both the Technical and Product Management teams to ensure that the processes are understood and can be implemented in a way that adds up to the outcomes desired.

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

● Understand and document the current processes as related to the NaviGate Digital initiative

● Understand, re-engineer, and document to-be processes to join up fragmented experiences using
various facilitation methods with the network

● Endeavour to find innovative methods to streamline and transform business processes

● Understand how our systems and processes are setup, in order to determine the most appropriate
process re-engineering

● Partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term
business goals

● Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders

● Understand Agile principles and practices in order to participate in daily team activities

● Understand technical systems and structures and thoughtfully apply this knowledge to deliver high
quality process outcomes
● Understand BDD concepts to write and/or support writing business level tests to validate technical implementations
