FPGA Engineer

Job Description:

To develop our microelectronics division, ADVANS Portugal is looking for an FPGA Engineer.

As an FPGA Engineer, you will work on innovative and stimulating projects focused on tomorrows technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture definition and specification writing
• Involvement across the entire design flow (RTL description, C development, unit testing, integration)
• Involvement across the entire functional verification flow (test plan, test development, UVM)
• Documentation writing

Qualification Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong understanding of the FPGA development flow
• Proficiency in RTL description languages (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog)
• Ability to analyze, reuse, and modify complex blocks
• Experience with configuration management tools (Git, SVN)
• Knowledge of the V-model development methodology
• Fluent English is a must
