Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in executing our digital strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation across international markets. You will work closely with the head of marketing and the wider team to focus on optimising our search presence and using data-driven insights to refine our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO, GEO & AIO Management: Develop and implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings. Incorporate Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and utilise Artificial Intelligence Optimisation (AIO) techniques to enhance digital reach and efficiency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilise Google Analytics (GA4) to track website traffic, monitor campaign performance, and produce actionable monthly reports for stakeholders.
  • Content Creation & Optimisation: Write and optimise high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of paid media (PPC) and email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects. Implementing and optimising online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities in the healthcare tech sector, and stay up to date with regional trends in healthcare which may influence content.
  • Additional Support: Provide general department/administration support if required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, specifically with a strong focus on SEO and Google Analytics, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Languages: Native level proficiency in English is essential (written and oral).
  • Technical Skills: Well-developed IT skills (MS Platforms, CRM, Content Management Systems, SEO tools, etc).
