About the Role
Were looking for a strategic, people-oriented, tech-savvy HR and Administrative Associate to join our leadership circle in Hebron. This is more than just an HR role, youll be the culture builder, employee advocate, and administrative backbone of the company.
Key Qualifications
- Experience with HR, Business Administration or related field
- Based in Hebron, or able to work onsite daily
- Technology enthusiast or highly comfortable working in a tech environment
- Experience working with developers or excited to support a technical team
- Passion for the behavioral and human side of business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- A strategic thinker with problem solving instincts
- Driven to build and maintain a positive company culture
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Support performance evaluations and career path development
- Handle HR documentation, contracts and admin workflows
- Build employee engagement programs and internal communications
- Liaise between leadership and team to maintain a healthy productive culture
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance and basic operational tasks
- Champion Aeliasofts values through every HR and admin touchpoint
