About the job System/Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement customer systems according to requirements.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system issues.

  • Maintain accurate case records and follow cases until resolution.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and escalate issues when needed.

  • Create technical documentation, Knowledge Base articles, and technical notes.

  • Meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements:

  • Technical diploma, degree, or relevant work experience.

  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving software problems.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply.

  • Experience with databases, web technologies, CRM, or SaaS solutions is a plus.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Team-oriented, professional, and able to handle challenging situations.

  • Experience supporting enterprise software solutions.

  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
