Job Description
We are seeking an individual to lead design and implementation of a scalable, standardised execution framework across all AESG business units. To serve as a critical bridge between executive strategy and frontline operations translating vision into structured playbooks, systems, and frameworks that drive consistent project delivery, financial discipline, and operational efficiency. To work closely with the Finance Director and Managing Partner to embed a Division Operating System (DOS) that supports sustainable growth, reduces variability, and institutionalises execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and rollout of a Division Operating System (DOS) covering planning, budgeting, project
- execution, resource allocation, risk controls, and reporting
- Translate executive strategic priorities into scalable, repeatable practices for adoption across divisions
- Ensure close alignment with financial and operational goals as defined by the Finance Director and Managing Partner
- Develop and maintain standardised operating frameworks, templates, and procedures that bring clarity and consistency to divisional operations
- Integrate key business processes across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams into a cohesive execution model
- Support implementation of division-level KPIs, dashboards, and performance review cadences in collaboration with the Finance Directors office
- Drive visibility and early risk detection through standardised reporting structures and unified data modes.
- Evaluate and support implementation of project and delivery tools that integrate with ERP and financial systems (e.g. NetSuite)
- Serve as the business-side lead for enabling technologies related to execution, planning, and performance reporting
- Deliver training and continuous support to ensure adoption of the DOS by division teams
- Act as an internal change leader, working with department heads to build buy-in and manage resistance.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and cross-regional knowledge sharing
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on implementation progress, risks, and optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to embed delivery discipline and accountability across business units
Essential Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 5-7 years in project management, operational design, PMO, or transformation roles
- Experience implementing business operating systems or performance frameworks in a professional services environment
- Familiarity with ERP/project systems (e.g., NetSuite, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project)
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and change management best practices
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional adoption
