About the role:

At Aether Global, we rely on Salesforce as the backbone of our international operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Quality Analyst to act as the final line of defense for our CRM ecosystem. You will ensure that every deployment—from complex Apex triggers to global Flow orchestrations—is robust, scalable, and provides a seamless experience for our worldwide user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing Ownership: Take full accountability for manual and automated test cases, ensuring they align with Aether Global’s overarching testing methodology and standards.
• Metrics & Reporting: Define and track critical quality metrics, including code coverage, defect density, and system performance.
• Execution Management: Lead testing efforts for both current and upcoming applications, ensuring all delivery dates are met without compromising quality.
• Full-Spectrum Testing: Coordinate and execute a comprehensive test suite including SIT, Regression, Cross-browser/Device testing, Accessibility, and Performance testing.
• Test Modeling: Create sophisticated test models (plans, scripts, and data) and manage the lifecycle of test data within Salesforce sandboxes.
• Collaboration: Facilitate structured walk-throughs and peer reviews; communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers to resolve blockers.
• Bug Advocacy: Follow and improve bug reporting and tracking processes to ensure clear communication between the QA team and Developers.

Qualifications:

• Methodologies: Deep expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Tooling: Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and Selenium (or similar tools) for test engineering and automation.
• Platform Mastery: Understanding of Salesforce architecture to support UAT and integration testing.
• Quality Standards: Proven ability to estimate timeframes and schedules for complex testing efforts accurately.
